What does the OCA laminator do?

It can be used in the post-process production of touch panel to attach polarizer on the front and back side of the molded touch glass substrate according to the polarization angle. It is suitable for the lamination of capacitive touch panel CG and ITO or the full lamination process of touch panel and LCD module.
How does the OCA laminator work?
The working principle of the touch screen laminating machine is to place the cell phone LCD screen and glass cover in a vacuum chamber in a vacuum environment, and use the cylinder pressure of the machine to drive down the module of the vacuum cylinder to completely laminate the glass cover and LCD screen placed inside the vacuum cylinder. The lamination machine adopts PLC as the control center of the whole system to realize the whole process of lamination operation. The PLC controls the pneumatic components by specific pulse output port to make the LCD alternate rotating platform move precisely to the designated position in circular direction according to the predetermined position.
